"The next littlest master race"

Films: Village of the Damned (1995)

Alias: David McGowan, Mara Chaffee, Robert, Julie, Dorothy, Isaac, Matt, Casey, Lily

Type: Alien

Location: Civilized Area

Height/Weight: That of average human children.

Affiliation: Good (David), Evil (the rest)

Summary: It isn't a classic until someone gets the idea to do it over again after some time. It was never a matter of 'if' as to "Village of the Damned" getting one of these. Only 'when'.

History: The story largely remains the same from last time. A bizarre phenomenon knocks out all power and people in a small town, namely Midwitch California, and just about every woman wakes up pregnant with emotionless mind-manipulating children. The difference here is that most of the children come in pairs of boys and girls, with the exception, the emotional David, being the runt of the litter. Interesting...

Notable Kills: Mara, their leader, made her mother boil her arm and then commit suicide at a very young age. Her standards are fairly high.

Final Fate: Most alien children across the world are quickly dealt with, while Midwitch's batch is blown up by a time bomb while they're trying to break down a man's mental fortitudes. David is the only survivor, having grown tired of his peers' constant abuse.

Powers/Abilities: Psychic powers that mostly revolve around mind control, as well as extreme intelligence.

Weakness: If one can protect his/her own mind, they will have to try harder to control you.

Scariness Factor: 4-These children are just like their past incarnations, and worse. While it is nice to see that some can be exceptions, they are twice as powerful, and their faces do...that...when they really need to concentrate.

Trivia: -Director John Carpenter believes that people have been clamoring for a remake of the original 1960 film since the success of "Invasion of the Body Snatchers".

-This was the last movie to star Christopher Reeve, mainly due to a certain horse-related accident...

Fear them once more, you mean.
That's it. They officially own the town. I'm out.
Nothing really notable...until they get uppity like here...
